Online Video Consultations:

You can cancel or reschedule your online video consultation at Gracedoc.ie for free if you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment, you’ll be charged the full consultation fee. You have the option to cancel the consultation yourself. To reschedule, please email us. Refunds, if applicable, will be credited back to the original credit or debit card and may take 1 to 10 business days to process.

 

Online Prescription Services:

Cancellation and refund requests for online prescription services at Gracedoc.ie must be made within 3 hours of purchase, or by 3 hours into the next working day if purchased outside our regular operating hours, the Cancellation Period.

Refunds, if applicable, will be credited back to the original credit or debit card and may take 1 to 10 business days to process. Once the Cancellation Period expires and a prescription has been issued, refunds will not be permitted.

If Gracedoc.ie doctors decline your prescription request due to safety concerns or medical incompatibility, we will either provide a safe alternative (if available) or issue a full refund. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit or debit card and may take 1 to 10 business days to process.

If our doctors determine that a full consultation is necessary for your medication request, you will receive an online discount code for an online video consultation with one of our GPs. Alternatively, if the online video consultation format is deemed unsuitable for your medical needs, you may opt for a refund. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit or debit card and may take 1 to 10 business days to process.

If you fail to provide the required medical information within 3 days of your prescription request, or if the information provided is incorrect or insufficient, no refund will be permitted.
